ITSA's discretion/ Shonky Administrators and trustees/ Adam Toma/ Veronique Ingram/ Matthew Osborne/ Cheryl Cullen/ Mark Findlay
So ITSA banned an unregistered debt administrator????? Sound like more propaganda shit to me that would come out of the mouth of Adam Toma!!!
ITSA clearly advises that trustees and administrators and ITSA senior Management has the discretion to fuck everyone over!!!
Clearly this this shonky administrator was only following the advice of Matthew Osborne!!!
Media release – Reid (QLD) – unregistered administrator banned from administering debt agreements
An unregistered Gold Coast debt agreement administrator has been
officially banned from administering debt agreements for a period of
three years.
Mr Gavin Reid operated an office in Robina on the Gold Coast,
Queensland, and following an investigation by Insolvency and Trustee
Service Australia (ITSA), it was determined on 15 March 2013, that Mr
Reid was ineligible to administer debt agreements for a set period.
The decision follows an investigation by ITSA’s Regulation and Enforcement Area into the files administered by Mr Reid.
ITSA’s Chief Executive and Inspector-General, Veronique Ingram, said that after considering the evidence and speaking with Mr Reid, it was decided that Mr Reid had not carried out the required duties of an administrator appropriately, and consequently, a determination was made that he was no longer eligible to administer debt agreements.
“We have a strong regulatory system in Australia and it’s important that Australian business people and consumers are confident in a system that is transparent, fair and strong,” Ms Ingram said.
Mr Reid’s breaches included not dealing with property of a debtor according to the terms of the agreement, not reporting to creditors as required, failure to keep proper records in relation to the funds being held for debtors.
As a result, subject to section 185ZB(4) of the Bankruptcy Act 1966, the debt agreements previously administered by Mr Reid will now be administered by the Official Trustee in Bankruptcy.
The debtors and creditors of each debt agreement previously administered by Mr Reid have been contacted by ITSA and notified of the changes.

FOI Prime Minister and Cabinet
What were the documents sent to Kevin Rudd from the
Queensland Building Authority warning on the dangers of the insulation
scheme?
These documents were fucked over by a very shonky Labor Government which resulted in young men loosing their lives.
This will also clearly show the ineffective behaviors and systemic failures of the Federal Government.

Labor's insulation scheme
This matter clearly demonstrates that the shonkey Peter Garret was protecting serious flaws in this scheme.
It is obvious that the only remorse Kevin Rudd feels from my observation of his media apology in Jakarta is that the Government may be liable for these deaths because of their reckless actions.
The Labor Party needs to pay up for their failure to protect these young boys and simply Rudd needs to suck it up and eat shit!!!
******************************************
Prime Minister Kevin Rudd says he is deeply sorry for the deaths of three young men who were killed as a result of his government's botched home insulation scheme.
A Queensland Coroner's report has criticised employers and supervisors, as well as various state government agencies, for numerous safety failings that lead to the deaths of the three men.
But the issue also has potential to damage Mr Rudd, who had announced the program as part of stimulus efforts to shield Australia from the global financial crisis.
"This is an unspeakable tragedy affecting a young boy, a young man, and young men," Mr Rudd said on Thursday night after arriving in Jakarta ahead of a leaders' summit with Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.
"I cannot as a parent begin to understand the grief the parents would be feeling under these circumstances."
Mr Rudd said the government accepted the Coroner's conclusions.
"Let's not beat around the bush. This was a government program," he said.
"I would simply say on behalf of the Australian government how deeply sorry I am, and of course we apologise without reservation."
Former Environment Minister Peter Garrett took the fall for program that led to deaths of three men in Queensland and another in NSW, and was blamed for a number of house fires, even though his department had raised concerns the pace in which the scheme was rolled out was affecting safety.
The report says there were numerous failings on the part of federal and state government agencies in relation to a lack of safety training for workers who were installing the foil insulation.
But it also notes that the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet under Mr Rudd did not respond to warnings issued by the Queensland Building Services Authority about the program.

Federal Government Agency ask Federal Police to protect corruption.
Federal Government Agency ask Federal Police to protect corruption.
Over the past 2 years I have been exposing systemic corrupt conduct and corruption in Federal Government Agencies.
Today 3 Federal Police came to see me at work and served me with a notice to appear in Downing Center next month to try and set me up for exposing the corrupt conduct by Senior staff at ITSA.
The federal police wanted to take me to somewhere secluded obviously to try and intimidate me where there was no witnesses.
It is particularly interesting that it appears I have only offended Adam Toma, Veronique Ingram, Mark Findlay Cheryl Cullen Mathew Osborne and Dave Maher.
Clearly I have not offended the Corrupt Commonwealth Ombudsman or Corrupt Commissioner Stephen Sedgwick who is protecting corrupt conduct in numerous Government Agencies.
However , I am not alone in being intimidated for exposing corrupt conduct.
Everyone is aware of Allan Kessing who was charged in the NSW Supreme Court for exposing corruption at Sydney airport or Peter Fox who was intimidated for exposing that NSW Police were protecting paedophile priest.
I am not naive. I already have my Freedom of Information and welcome the opportunity to cross examine the shonkey senior Management at ITSA

The problem with Julia Gillard
The problem with Julia Gillard......
All the men in parliament were labelled misogynous if they said anything against Julia.....
It is similar if you dare say anything against a Jew you are instantly labelled antisemitic!!!!!........................ so if I say the best place to hide money if you go bankrupt is Israel..... is that being antisemitic??????.... sometimes you have to laugh......................
So back to Julia Gillard who used misogyny as some kind of weapon.....................
This woman represented Australia and still managed to find clothes to wear that looked like they came from St Vincent-de Paul. Any other woman in a similar position would have ensured their clothes were tailor make and looked appropriate. Germaine Greer was absolutely correct when she said Julia Gillard had a big arse and needed to dress better.
It is also little to expect that a woman representing Australia does not speak like a warfie.
Obviously Gillards parents were clueless about elocution lessons!!!
Another interesting observation is that Senator Penny Wong appears to be morphing into a man judging on recent pictures of
